Mike’s been breathing property for decades. After seven years as the most successful agent at Mr and Mrs Clarke (the go-to genius everyone turned to for brilliant ideas), he decided to write his own story and set up Mr and Mrs Jones.
Based in Newport – his perfect place on earth – Mike has that rare gift of spotting a home’s hidden character before anyone else. Whilst others see tired paintwork, Mike sees architectural souls waiting to shine.
His obsession? Interiors that tell stories. He gets genuinely excited about original coving, has strong opinions on statement lighting, and can spend hours discussing the perfect sage green for Victorian hallways. Oh, and he puts Biscoff on absolutely everything – because don’t we all?
Mike doesn’t just sell houses – he’s a property matchmaker, pairing homes with people who’ll love them as much as he does. Every property has potential; every client deserves someone who truly gets it.

Lisa – The Quietly Brilliant

Lisa is property magic in human form. Whilst others talk the talk, Lisa simply walks the walk – and somehow makes the impossible look effortless. During her time alongside Mike at Mr and Mrs Clarke, she became legendary for being the agent who just… sorted things. No drama, no fanfare, just brilliant results delivered with a smile.
She’s the type of person who remembers your children’s names, knows exactly which coffee you like, and somehow manages to find solutions to problems before you even realise they exist. Clients don’t just trust Lisa – they genuinely adore her.

She’ll quietly guide you away from the house that looks perfect but has hidden issues, and towards the one that might not tick every box on paper but will make your heart sing every single day.

Mark – The Passionate Convert
The agent who finally found his perfect match.
Mark spent years working for another agency, all the while watching Mr and Mrs Clarke from afar and thinking “that’s how estate agency should be done.” When the opportunity came to join Mike and Lisa’s new venture, Mark didn’t need asking twice – he practically sprinted across town to be part of something truly special.
A Malpas boy through and through, Mark knows every street corner, every local family story, and exactly which house has the best view of the common. You’ll usually find him in the local institution that is Parc Pantry, enthusiastically scoffing a gyro and probably discussing property prices with whoever’s sitting nearest.
But here’s the beautiful irony – this devoted local is about to swap town life for countryside bliss. Mark’s trading familiar streets for fields and footpaths, proving that even the most rooted amongst us sometimes need a new chapter. Don’t worry though, his heart (and his expertise) remains firmly planted in the area he knows like the back of his hand.
Mark brings that rare combination of local knowledge and genuine passion for doing things properly. He understands that buying or selling isn’t just about bricks and mortar – it’s about community, belonging, and finding your place in the world.

Amy – The Creative Newcomer
The fresh perspective with roots firmly planted in Welsh soil.
Amy arrived from down south with dreams in her suitcase and an eye for possibility. What started as a new adventure quickly became a love affair with Wales, where she discovered that sometimes “home” isn’t where you’re from – it’s where your heart decides to stay.
As the newest member of our story-telling family, Amy brings that infectious enthusiasm that only comes from someone who’s genuinely excited to be here. She’s hungry to learn, eager to excel, and has that wonderful fresh perspective that makes you see familiar properties through completely new eyes.
When she’s not busy mastering the art of property matching, you’ll find Amy pursuing her passion for weaving – because apparently turning threads into beautiful tapestries isn’t so different from helping clients weave their dreams into reality. Her creative side means she spots potential in the most unexpected places and has an uncanny ability to help clients visualise how a house could become their perfect home.
Amy’s journey from southern stranger to Welsh convert gives her a unique understanding of what it feels like to search for belonging in a new place. She knows that finding home isn’t just about square footage and school catchments – it’s about finding where your story wants to continue.
